n2l2-book.gif This is the new (released October, 2006) edition of my book Now Is Too Late, originally published by Financial Times/Prentice Hall.

In addition to a complete refreshing of the stories and case studies illustrating the key messages, this edition contains two completely new chapters: Blogwars and The Ultimate Communicator.

In short, blogwars deals with the rapidly escalating challenge of protecting corporate and organizational reputations in the face of determined attacks on the internet. The Ultimate Communicator suggests that a strong trend is developing toward an increasing expectation of direct, visible and transparent communication from the CEO or the most senior leadership of an organization.
